Earth & Sky Yoga:

Our mission is to facilitate individuals in their journey to health as
they allow balance and healing to return to the whole in
abundance. The term Yoga comes from an ancient language,
Sanskrit. The word yoga means union or to “yoke” together. Yoga is
a unique way to deepen our experience of health and wellness at all
levels as we integrate body, mind and spirit through opening to the
wisdom of our body and practicing compassionate self-awareness.
The practice of Yoga benefits the body by stretching and toning the
muscles and organs. The mind is calmed through full attention to the
breath and a focused awareness of the body and movement. The
spirit is honored as we practice stillness while connecting with our
inner wisdom.
Offering an integrated and highly therapeutic style of yoga
emphasizing alignment, flexibility and strength, and breath and body
awareness, this class is appropriate for all levels of yoga student
from the beginner to advanced. Students report feeling relaxed,
centered and revitalized after classes. Experience the increased clarity
and inner peace the practice of yoga can bring to your life while
enjoying your stay in Hot Springs. Wear comfortable clothing and
please, no perfumes.

Yoga Classes - Group classes offer a relaxing and healthy way to
unwind while building flexibility and strength.
One and a half hour classes.
Studio drop ins $10 each class.
Punch Card of 5 for $40.
Punch Card of 10 for $70.
Private Yoga class - Private classes provide individuals an
opportunity to receive assistance dealing with specific challenges or
injuries. Students desiring to deepen their practice may also decide to
take a private session for individual attention. 60 min/$45.
