
Cynthia has been studying various dance
and movement strategies throughout her
life. Workshops, classes and intensives
of study include
Jin Shin, Accupressure, Reflexology
Certification, Chinese Meridian and Five
Element Studies, Universal Laws and
Spiritual Principles, Young Living
Aromatherapy, Circle Studies from a
native perspective and NIA dance
(neoro-muscular integrative action).
Cynthia is an avid swimmer and biker.
She considers herself a healing artist and
a student of voice, guitar, poetry, and
videography for many years.
She teaches a Wise Woman Yoga
Workshop each Autumn. Cynthia has a
current bodywork practice at Alameda's
Hot Springs Retreat in Hot Springs,
Montana.

Her Massage Certification in 2001 from
MTIC (Massage Therapy Institute in
Colorado) included 1000 (+) hours with
extra training in many modalities
including:
Tui Nai, Zoku Shin Do, Swedish,
Neuro-Muscular, Motion Palpation,
Structural Integration, Reflexotherapy,
Hydro-Therapy, Hands on Healing,
Iridology, and Herbal Studies.
