Private Clean Rental Cabin with new queen bed just
steps from the main house. Shared the bath, kitchen
privileges, laundry and wireless in the main house.
Beautiful back yard patio overlooking gardens and a
view of the Salish and Mission Mountains.  

Available for weekend retreats, clients and visitors to
the Hot Springs area.  Non-smoking, no pets please. The
cabin is best suited for singles or couples. Soaking
approximately 1/2 mile away. Warm weather rental only.

Riding Light in body, mind and spirit is the goal of
Nisca Warthen for herself and others. The ability to connect
with all facets of ones being can bring "light" to your life .

Nisca Warthen, CBP, RYT, invites you to experience openness in body,
mind and spirit in the studio by offering BodyTalk, Yoga and Thai
Massage. BodyTalk, a state of the art energy medicine, optimizes the
body's communications and allows it to more effectively respond to the
stressors of everyday living.  BodyTalk simply and effectively addresses
injury and illness at all levels as it resynchronizes the body's energy
systems. Yoga is an ancient system of healing that is as relevant today
as it was 3000 years ago. Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning "to yoke". In
Yoga, we join together mind, body and spirit to assist you in your journey
through life. Thai Massage in the 'Northern' Style offers individuals a
complete toe to head experience often called the "lazy man's yoga' for its
ability to release, relax and rejuvenate the body.

As an equestrian, Nisca will utilize her training as a Yoga teacher and  
therapist along with principles from Classical Dressage and The Murdoch
Method to assist you in your journey of opening to a new experience of
moving with your horse in lightness and grace. Your horses will
appreciate the work as you release unwanted patterns and allow them
the opportunity to move freely.
